	Event: Biomanufacturing a Healthier Planet Next week the Food and Biobased Technology workgroup will welcome you to the Biomanufacturing a Healthier Planet event held at Bodec in Helmond on the 27th of March. Invited speakers include Jeroen Hugenholtz from NoPalm Ingredients, Mark van Loosdrecht from TU Delft, and Suzanne Klein Schiphorst and Steven De Boer from GEA Group. You can still register here. There is a maximal capacity of 100 people and 80 for the tour in the Bodec facilities, so make sure to register now!


	2024 Novozymes Prize for Jack Pronk Today, the Novo Nordisk Foundation has announced that Jack Pronk, professor and head of the department of biotechnology of TU Delft and longtime member and ambassador of NBV, is recipient of the 2024 Novozymes Prize for his groundbreaking contributions to industrial biotechnology. The Novozymes Prize recognises outstanding research or technology contributions that benefit the development of biotechnological science for innovative solutions and, amongst others, is accompanied by a large research grant. The NBV board congratulates Jack with this significant and honorable recognition. Read more here.
