In addition to the exciting scientific program, EPF 2025 is also committed to supporting the next generation of researchers. The EPF2025 Future Faculty/Researchers Support, in collaboration with the journal POLYMER (Elsevier), aims to recognize outstanding young scientists who have made significant contributions to polymer science and are pursuing academic careers. Selected candidates will be invited to present a Feature Talk at EPF 2025 and contribute to a Special Issue in POLYMER. We strongly encourage you to submit nominations for eligible researchers and look forward to recognizing the next generation of leaders in the field. Please refer to this link for more information.

We would like to inform you that several other events will take place around the time of the congress, which may impact your travel and accommodation plans.

On June 24–25, the NATO Summit will be held in The Hague, leading to increased traffic at Schiphol Airport and reduced flight availability in the days prior. Additionally, from June 27–29, the Motul TT in Assen will take place. Due to limited hotel capacity in Assen, many Motul TT fans are expected to book accommodations in Groningen during these dates and possibly the days leading up to the event.

We strongly recommend booking your flight and reserving your hotel room as early as possible. We have secured a block of rooms in and around Groningen for our participants, which can be booked through www.roomkit.nl/epf-2025.
