He will also cover pitfalls in the coupling of bioanalytical separation techniques and mass spectrometry, as well as their elimination.
In the second hour, Dr. Daniel Eßer will provide a comprehensive overview about LC techniques designed for MAbs in SEC, IEX, RP, and HIC using state-of-the-art (U)HPLC columns. Special approaches such as direct coupling of IEX-MS or HIC-MS will also be covered.
